In case we haven't already met...
Bubbly, full of beans and always looking after everyone, Ilana is Aldeli. Heart and soul of the place, she is the little brunette one pretty much here mon - sun 24/7. She also is in charge of organising and hosting amazing private hire events.
Olivia – still at school and studying for her A levels Olivia brings fun and excitement to the deli during the weekends. Olivia is the absolute milkshake queen – we usually have to pry the jar of sprinkles away from her! Weekends would certainly be dull without her!
Man do we love a lady in the kitchen with her feminine touch and playfulness, she is always experimenting with different flavours. Lee’s homemade Veggie burgers are like nothing you have ever tasted before - with a blend of spinach, chickpeas & Parmesan they are certainly one to try! At Aldeli we try to make everything from scratch – next time you are in you have to try our home made pickled cucumbers – a real authentic Swedish delight made from our delightful Swedish chef Lee.
Lover of all things creative, Emily is very artistic and loves to get involved in our children’s cupcake decorating parties. She's great with the kids and makes the prettiest cupcakes by far! Having her creative flare around the deli brings smiles to everyone’s faces.
Gill is a newbie to the Aldeli Team & is a real hit with all the kids. She can juggle the crazy after school rush hot chocolates & milkshakes like a total pro! At the same Gill works her magic in our ice cream bar and can recommend all the best flavours!
Another newbie to the team is Vikki. When she isn’t out front in the Deli she helps behind the scenes in the kitchen. She loves experimenting with Lee different vegan cheesecakes and delicious weekly sweet specials.
